WinBD Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winbd platform, creating a winbd account or placing any bet or wager through winbd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing winbd on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. WinBD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the winbd platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a winbd account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold winbd player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a winbd employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the winbd platform.

WinBD reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, winbd may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one winbd account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering on winbd, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your winbd account details up to date.

• You must keep your winbd login credentials confidential at all times.
• You must not share your winbd account with any other person.
• You must notify winbd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• WinBD will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

WinBD may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

WinBD supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions on the winbd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method — check your winbd account for current limits.

Deposits to your winbd account are typically credited within seconds of a successful transaction. Withdrawals are processed within two minutes on average, though processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

• Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• WinBD does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.
• WinBD reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your winbd wallet.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

WinBD offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any winbd bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute less.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your winbd account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• WinBD reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the winbd platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every spin, card deal and dice roll produces a genuinely random outcome that cannot be predicted or manipulated by winbd or by any player.

Game outcomes displayed on your winbd screen are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your winbd wallet.
• If a game result is displayed but cannot be verified due to a server error, winbd will investigate and apply the verified result once confirmed.
• WinBD is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Any bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be void.

If you believe a game result on winbd is incorrect, you may raise a dispute through the winbd support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the winbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one winbd account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the winbd platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in winbd games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any winbd game.
• Attempting to launder money or use winbd for any illegal financial activity.
• Claiming bonuses in bad faith or through coordinated multi-account abuse.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing winbd staff or other players.

WinBD actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is detected, winbd will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may report the activity to law enforcement agencies.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the winbd platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software and the winbd brand name — is the intellectual property of WinBD or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any winbd content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as PG Soft, Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. WinBD licenses this content for use on the platform and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

09 Privacy and Data

WinBD collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the winbd platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• WinBD collects registration data, transaction records and gameplay data to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
• Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond winbd's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your winbd account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Interruptions to the winbd service due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances outside our control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the winbd platform.

WinBD's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to Terms

WinBD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winbd will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without prior notice.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinBD holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from your use of the winbd platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

WinBD's internal complaints process is the first step for any dispute. To raise a complaint, contact the winbd support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
